MODULE
The term “module” generally refers to something predetermined and uniform,
but in this case it is an autonomous and separable part of a whole.
It is a component of a system, AUTONOMOUS and clearly defined.
– independence of the modules from one another
– interaction of each module with the outside world
The same formal research, on a different scale, is synthesized in the modular language. Each module is a work in its own right, making its repetition apparent in the various compositions created as bas-reliefs and graffiti. The repetition of certain marks, volumes or chromatic interplay creates mysterious entrances into a secret architectural space. These works engage in dialogue with the space and interact with it both decoratively and in a generative sense, characteristic of sculpture.
