TEXTURE
The territory of the mark, the trace or the light is, on the one hand, the language of introspection, analysis and memory; on the other, it is subordinated to a formal and spatial value, also in a synesthetic relationship with light and shadow, with order and chaos.
Texture indicates a graphic composition in which visual marks are arranged in such a way as to form a surface balanced between solids and voids, between drawing and background, between negative and positive, between concave and convex, between glossy and matte, between smooth and rough, between natural and artificial, between rigid and soft, between order and disorder.
